The database can be accessed by clicking on the ‘school records’ icon on the left of the screen.

NAME
Pupils can type in the full name, the first name or the surname of the pupil they are searching for.

ADDRESS
Pupils can type in the house number, the road name or both

CLASS
Pupils must type in the exact class reference they are looking for e.g. 10MR

TRAVEL
Pupils can choose from the drop down menu

Before choosing ‘Search’, pupils should decide what information they require in the report.

The names will appear automatically, but any further information requires a ‘tick in the box’ which can be done with a simple click.

When ready, pupils should choose ‘Search’.

The records can be printed out using ‘File – Print’.

If there are a number of records pupils must use ‘Previous’ and ‘Next’ to go back and forth.

During Dilemma, pupils will be required to search the database to find a list of pupils who use the number four bus, and also look at pupils’ school reports.
