Leanne comes to see you first thing the next day.

Choose one of the following ways to share with your class what you think happened at that meeting.

1) A role play. Show Leanne and the Head of Y9. If you wish include Mrs Field, Mr Johnson or any other of the characters from the activity.

2) A transcript of the meeting. Take notes or transcribe the meeting between Leanne and Head of Y9.

3) A letter. From Leanne to her Head of Y9. She will explain what was going on and why she was missing for so long.

4) A letter. From Head of Y9 to the Welfare Officer to explain what was going on for Leanne, why she was missing for so long and how you are going to try prevent Leanne from being taken into care and rectify the situation.

In your response to any of the following remember to include important characters from the activity, think carefully about what is going to happen next. What should Head of Y9 do? What should Leanne do? What about Mrs Field, Mr Johnson and Mrs Groves?
